GHNS (Graduate in Hardware, Networking and Security) program is a joint initiative of Rooman and Kuvempu University to offer the value added BSc-ITIM Degree along with most demanding IT certification Training such as A+, N+, MCSE, CCNA, RHCE, CCNP, Security and Ethical Hacking.      Rooman also offers BSc-IT, and MSc-IT program in association with Kuvempu University.

LATERAL ENTRY

A professional having work experience in IT Hardware and Networking or a student undergoing/completed Hardware and Networking course are elligible for lateral entry to 2nd, 3rd or 4th Semester. A lateral entry to 4th Semester facilitate you to complete your graduation in just 18 months.

Lateral Entry To	Elligibility Criteria
Semester-1	10+2 in any Discipline, 10th + 5 Yrs of Job Experience, 10th + 2 Year Formal study in Govt./Private Organization
Semester-2	10+2 plus 6 Months IT certificate/Hardware & Networking course from any Institute (Need to undergo a Brush up course), 10th+ 3 Year Polytechnic (Diploma in any stream)
Semester-3	10+2/ Polytechnic + Minimum of  2 Semesters of GHNS program, 10+2 plus 3 Years Polytechnic Diploma in CS or IT, 10+2/ Diploma + 12 months Training on Hardware and Networking from any Training institute(Need to undergo a Brush up course), 10+2/Diploma with Three years of work experience in IT
Semester-4	10+2/ Polytechnic + Minimum of  3 Semesters of GHNS program, 10+2/ Diploma + 18 months Training on Hardware and Networking from any Training institute (Need to undergo a Brush up course), 10+2/Diploma with MCSE Certification.
